How long for frig/freezer to get cold?
Hi all,
Wife and I just bought our first RV. Its a 1993 Sunline T3060. We are brand new to the world of rving. And when we bought the trailer the dealer told us every thing worked on the rv. Well after getting it home. I plugged the trailer in and turn the frig on, waited a few hours went back out to see how cold it was. Only to find it was still warm. I then unpluged the trailer and turned on the gas and repeated the same steps. This time the freezer got down to 50. But the frig was still warm. Took it back to the dealer. They had me leave there to check it out. I got a call saying everything was fine, freezer was down to 6, and frig down to 34-35. Then they told me with TT you have to plug them in 24 hours before you want to use the frig so they get cold and then they are fine. Is this correct?
